Caller: A debt collection company DO not speak to them. Debt collection company trying to create Joinder. This is by law considered harassment as you will most likely not have a contract with them. Please ask them to prove that they have your contract, your signature in blue ink before you negotiate with them. DO NOT ENTER A CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT WITH THEM. Their call is unsolicited.
