If you receive a missed call from this number, it is likely that we were trying to contact you to participate in one of a variety of surveys we are conducting.

In most cases calls are made randomly to landlines or mobile numbers across Australia. In some cases when we call mobiles we will first need to check if you live in the area in which a given survey is being conducted.

My number is already in the Do Not Call register but McNair keep calling me! Just stop it! I don’t want to participate in any of your damned surveys! These guys are just annoying idiots who don’t actually follow their own rules to not call if you’ve registered as “Do Not Call”!!

Bloody rang five times, At 8.30pm hung up on them all the time.

If I don't recognise the number and it is not on my contact list then it is put down as a scam call.

Don't. Nobody wants to do your survey. Stop annoying people. I, personally, am on the "do not call" register for a reason. I don't want, nor do i answer, calls from unknown, unsolicited callers!

Caller: Privacy Invaders and Data Grabbers

Repeat calls from an unwelcome survey company. They began calling from this number after we refused to answer their calls from their (08) 8470 6950 number. This company appears to have zero respect for people's privacy and just wouldn't stop calling. As if the privacy of Australians weren't already invaded by the forced surveys conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics! Now we are additionally harassed by such private companies doing the same - grabbing our, stripping us of privacy, and making money from it.

Answered and only got voices in the background they persists

Also if “random” as above my number comes up at random most days…
All points to spam/scam to me.
