the man said he rang regarding my account with Vodafone. When I said I haven't got any number with Vodafone, then he asked how many account I have with optus. I said: one then he hung up. Weird???

Wanted to speak to a Manager said he was from the NBN then asked how many lines we had. Told him we already had NBN and hung up.
