Had a same situation as mention above. Just had a quick lookup at Google to see whose number this belongs. I saw this thread and follows the comments . Something needs to be done about this annoying calls.

these pricks are also tied to 9827 & 9881 & 9801. Been called by all these numbers today. Hang up on answering. Can't call them back to give them a piece of my mind.

Numerous calls since 7 Sep 12 with no one on end of call when picking up. Probably computer initiated. Caller ID shows this basic format 08842398XX. Once home phone rings 4 times it stops and it is immediately followed by my mobile ringing in the format 02841585XX also hanging up after 4 rings. These two numbers have to be linked.

this phone number does not stop ringing. enoughs, enough.something has to be done soon to stop these unwanted phone calls
