"Exchange within 30 days" on my receipt purchased ceiling lights in January 2013. I went into store in June 2014 and staff say ok for a credit note not a refund, but said the price I paid was $149 the product now on sale at 50% off so I will receive $74.50. I had personal issues and ill health and finally able to bring product instore today and I rung shop and the guy said ok, 1.5hrs later I arrive in store and the 2 female staff said it's over 2yrs and cannot do any exchange. The product is still in box and I explained again it has been in storage and never used.
