Bank (purportedly Westpac adelaide) Seemed to have access to certain private financial information (approximate) but close enough to sound convincing. Then asked for my e-mail address and when I stated that as he had some information he must have access to the rest he made the stupid remark "oh the system has gone down" what absolute b-----t.. Big question how did he get access to confidential data from the bank. question seriously my continuance with that bank.

Told me it was the bank an they will rep my car. The bank have not records of the call ever being made an it rang once said it was a hospital in SA australia. But never gotten through since.

This was a legitimate call from our bank manager, who we personally know.
