Have blocked this number after reading other comments. I think a real caller would leave a message

TAC - action market research.

Probably legit due to various reasons,
but i will just go via a different route to action whatever they may be concerned about.

Possibly the number is used for a variety of uses - hence the scam number posts.

Caller: Amr Australian market research

I first received a text telling me I would get a call asking me about my experience with Medicare..I did not answer the call

Caller: I received a call from women saying she is from service Australia research and want to take information from me

I think it’s scam

This is a legitimate company who are surveying TAC clients in an effort to gauge the satisfaction of TAC services! As an accident victim I did receive previous correspondence regarding this survey!

I didn't answer the call as I don't recognise the number, wasn't expecting a call back from anyone and my phone flagged it as "Spam". I then got a text from voicemail to say that the caller didn't leave a message - I find that legit callers WILL usually leave one

Lady call on Saturday late afternoon saying she from service Australia a d had my full name information, how scary is that for Service Australia to be giving put my information to whose was.. I didn't answers the questions as she said I don't have two when I asked why. Plus I just thought thos was a total scam to as Service Australia don't work late Saturday afternoon. She had a power tone that came over the phone she not service Australia so why tell she calling from them to do a survey when she's a survey company marketer or a scammer , who knows the truth we calls these days who they are on the phone , as its definitely wasn't service Australia

Legitimate Survey company employed by legit business to perform independent study on how you found your dealings with them.

Came up in as AMR didn't leave a message guessing scam

I missed the call and they did not leave a message. I feel like its a scam call.

Survey on behalf of the department of education (asking about childcare). Dont have kids in childcare so I dont trust this number
