Who is ringing me I rang back and just got hello, hello nothing else

I answered the call, female kept saying "hello, hello, hello" so I responded with "hello", she called me by my name & said she was calling from Green Solutions - assumed it was another Solar Company so I hung up & blocked the call

I had the same experience
