I called them last week to arrange an appointment but they were obviously busy because they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes the recorded message said press 1 for a call back and didn't hear back from them until many days later and early in the morning waking me up my phone rang and hung up immediately when I answered, I called the number back and a recorded message said Jones radiology someone will be with you soon, I realized I was back in the waiting to speak to someone queue again so I ended the call, I had already made an appointment with radiology SA on the same day as I tried to call them the week before, I guess this is how they treat customers a call back will come many days later and they will hang up on you immediately, at least then they've called you back and it's longer on there system, businesses that treat customers like this should not be in business. Boycott Jones radiology pls 🙏🏻
