Scammer! Is talking to someone else in a language other than English as they answer the phone, then says that their name is Rachael & they want to give me a new phone. I hung up & blocked. Unsolicited call.

this just happened to me

Scam cold caller. My Voicemail setup caught them unawares: Female Caller was speaking possibly arabic with a male voice in the background, sounded like a call center. When they noticed the call hadn't ended they quickly switched to an australian accent english "hello?" Before hanging up.

I got a random call from this number and searched it up and apparently its a chinese number
