Caller: Supposedly the NBN This number was given to me by the woman on the line when I asked what her number was, but the call was from a different number on the ID on my phone. Presumably a scam of some sort. She said that there were NBN problems in my area and wanted me to quote the connection speeds so they could give me a faster speed for no extra cost. When I started asking too many questions, she transferred me to a "supervisor" but when I continued asking questions about why they just didn't increase my speed without my involvement, he hung up on me.
