On Sunday, 25 August the same thing occurred somehow during the Kayo connection validation on my phone the link took me to a substitute Kayo site that brought up an assistant who took my mobile number. The Calls came through very quickly to advise me that it was my TV firmware that would require $89 update for the next five years, the person on the other end of the phone was of Indian accent. It was obvious to me it was a scam.

my story is the same as all above, He wanted me to download ultraview.net so he could HELP me get back onto Kayo, i thought then ths a scam and hung up,what a bastard same name same number same indian man. be careful everone .ps i pulled all the plugs out of the wall turned back on surprise surprise everthing working.

A pop up chat box when trying to log in to Kayo Sports claiming a firmware issue.. called me on my mobile, wanted remote access to my computer. Indian accent, I realised it was a Scam and told him in the strongest language that it was a scam and he would not be accessing my computer. He panicked and hung up straight away.
