Caller: "ATO" scammers

Automated voice, Threatened legal action if you don't call back

Recieved a sms saying from department of texation and said that if I don’t return the call I will be arrested.

It said it was american taxation office and i would be arrested for taxation fraud and have to call this number back, Did anyone else receive a call like this?
