Calls from a 1018 number to my roommates phone asking about sexually explicit deeds to be done for money. I got on the phone an asked the guy if he wanted a big black di*% an he just sat in silence then hung up. Only to call an do it all over again.

What I did was report this activity with the Department of Fair Trading (NSW) in your state and say its telemarketing insurance products from ANZ. What they will do is (especially if they get a number of complaints about the same company) launch an investigation and may potentially lead to some disciplinary action taken against ANZ (eg fine etc) as cold calling telemarketing is illegal especially if you have registered your number on the Do Not Call register (as the case is with me). Take that little bit of time to report the breach so we don't have to be harrassed by ANZ and hopefully, they will cop a huge fine and stop this annoying practice of cold calling.

had this number call me about 5 times  but i never get a chance to answer  I get a missed call but when i ring it just hangs up

The telephone number of 1018 keeps calling on my cell phone, but leaves no message. There is no area code and no prefix--just the numer 1018. Has anyone else had this happen?

I received only one call for 1018 yesterday.  Obviously, we can't call back to see who it is.  I want to know how they are able to display only 4 digits.

This number's called my house about 10 times in the last week and a half they never leave a message and when you answer the call they dont speak and then hang up.
