Caller: Likely a scammer

Typical scammer behaviour - hangs up immediately, hoping you'd be curious enough to call them back. (A 'wangiri' scam, which translates to "one ring and cut".) This scam tricks victims into calling back a premium rate number, then tries to get you to stay on the line, resulting in high phone charges to you, which they collect part proceeds from.
This call appears to be from the outback desert area of Tanami WA. A lot lately appear to be from New Zealand. But they're not. Scammers just make it appear so.
