Caller: MasterCard

Said she was calling from MasterCard and that there was 2 suspicious transactions one from eBay and one from Amazon and wanted to cancel my credit card and send a new one out but when I went to the bank they told me it was a scam

Lady claimed to be from MasterCard and Visa security Centre, and said that there was a suspicious transaction on my credit card. I replied I would contact my bank direct.

Caller: Telstra

Said he was from Telstra regarding my internet connection. I said I didn't have Telstra, and was busy and started saying goodbye when he said "listen to me please Ma'am", to which I said no I can't, I'm at work and very busy. He then started getting agitated and louder and said 'Just listen to me" and it was at that moment I decided to hang up.

Silent call to start. Then switched to what sounded like a call centre but did not respond to me.

Caller claimed to be from Telstra regarding an issue with my internet. I don’t have Telstra internet. Obvious scam call.

Said she was from Telstra and my IP address was compromised. Im not with Telstra and when I said that she hung up on me.

Caller said she was calling from Visa AND MasterCard regarding suspicious transactions on my credit card. Clearly a scam, received the same call yesterday from (08) 7095 1545

Called saying 2 recent transactions from Amazon. Scam

According to the Truecaller app, this number is from a landline phone in Darwin. They didn’t leave a voicemail and I didn’t call them back.
