Recorded message supposedly from the Commonwealth Bank stating that I had made a $2,200 purchase and if it is incorrect to press '1' to cancel '2' to accept. Problem is, I do not have a Commonwealth account.

Recorded message supposedly from the Commonwealth Bank regarding a supposed payment of $2,200 and did I authorise such a payment. If not then to Press 2 to cancel. Only problem is that I do not have a Commonwealth Bank account.
