Caller: I don’t know

Is this a scam

Thank you all for reporting this number. They rang me, but did not leave a message. Have now blocked the number. Have had 3 other calls very similar since midday today.

Caller: scammer

Said I had a MasterCard and Visa card payment of over $1000 due.
Obviously a scammer

Caller: Assume scam. Did not answer, no message left

I answered the call but paused for 2 seconds before saying anything, (as I do with any number I don't recognise). They just hung up (as most spam calls do).

Said they were NBN and noticed my internet speed was slow....I dont have NBN - they hung up real quick

Caller: Hang up

caller pretending to be from visa wanting $1000 payment

Did not answer the phone. Probably a scam
