Caller: Tracy Butler Email with a payment request from Tracy Butler asking for $1399 via Paypal. Never heard of this person. I checked Paypal and it appeared there. I cancelled the request and reported it as fraud to paypal.

Email with a payment request from Ernest Ferguson asking for $1399.99 via PayPal. Never heard or dealt with this person. The phone number is to contact PayPal if this is an unrecognized transaction. I'm not calling the number.
