I have received several mobile calls like this one… it is a recording about some financial issue that I am supposed to have. Each also has the option of pressing ‘1’ for English or ‘2’ for Mandarin to proceed. I always hang up knowing it is a scam. I then immediately call back within seconds and I hear the message that the number is disconnected.
