Caller: Alicia from OBC

Alicia from OBC has been calling to speak to my director for months.
She says that it's about a contract.
Everytime I ask her to leave a message and I will get him to call her back she says she will call back.
Today I asked what contract was this regarding and she did a massive sigh and hung up.

STOP HARASSING BUSINESSES!

Constant nuisance caller who refuses to give any details while demanding to speak to CEO. Hangs up when asked for further details. In the interest of my sanity I have begun to just leave her on hold until she is forced to hang up.

Numerous calls from Alicia for months asking for our director. I have been hung up on mid sentence, sighed at, called when there is chatter on the other line (I can hear her personal conversations with co-workers).

I asked today to be removed from the call list, after which she told me she would call my director (on her personal mobile, apparently) and tell her how rude I am.

As previously mentioned.
Non-stop calling despite being told not interested.
