telemarketer selling phone lines.

Do these telemarketers get our numbers from Seek.com? Since I have been using seek I seem to get calls everyday from various telemarketers...this one rang this morning and hung up when I answered.

Just received a call. I answered but no response from the otherside.

Left message (recorded) Stating from direct debit and will call back. Noted I have an app on phone called should I answer, phone will ring for 1/2 a second to alert me, then the app blocks any number that has a negative rating, hence I never have to speak to these persons unless they are willing to give a full name and direct phone number.

I received an automated message from 'Direct Telecoms' saying they will call back.
I have blocked this number on my phone. Not sure if they are legit or not.
The 1300 number on their Australian website comes up as as spam here also: 1300 557 107

I called back number (08) 7444 4521 reached voice mail for a company called Direct Telecom.

Get two calls from this numbe today, pick up but no response. It's annoying

Yes I think so, I keep getting calls from this number and various other numbers. One has been trying to give me all this job help stuff and the rest have been random telemarketers. I signed up to Seek a few weeks ago -_-

I've just been using seek.com as well and when I ever i do I get these calls..

This is a scam for sure!! The Indian that called me said he was from telecom and I have 40% off my next bill!! (Telecom doesn't exist!!) I called the number back and the voice mail said they are closed and that their business hours are from 9am to 5pm....Funny thing is I called back at 10:30am strait after they called me!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!!
