scam call claiming to be from a consultancy service

Caller: Didn't catch the name but believe claiming to be Visa

Scam call claiming to be Visa and that there were 2 charges (Amazon $4+) and Western Union China ($700+) that need to be cleared for payment. Wanted details of numbers on the back of my debit card, however, call dropped. Believed it was a scam and I tried to call back but never connected as it dropped out immediately I reached #1 in the queue.

Left message to text that says "reason please press one Chinese query please press two yy the hua yang yang xiao Xi bing"

Automated message claiming to be from the Visa and Mastercard security centre.
