Caller: Saying from paypal

First people then automated call saying international purchase of $700 worth of apple cards originating in california. Put through to security division and wanted me to cancel payment after i already declined payment.

Caller: Visa

totally a scam, had our old address, same - $700 transfer to western union, $14.99 to Amazon Prime.

Caller: "Aires Consultancy Services"

Rang mobile, call was answered but they hung up (3 secs duration). When rung back, get a recorded message saying, "Aires Consultancy Services, all our representatives are uy, you will be placed in queue for next available operator. Number reported and blocked on mobile. SCAM CALL

multiple calls within 15 minute period, rings 3 times then hangs up

Robo said it was from a Visa/Mastercard called centre then mentioned a $14 and $700 query international money transfer. Offered an option 1 or 2 if this was not your transaction. Option 2 led to a virtually unintelligible apparent Indian call centre. May be slightly more sophisticated than usual as the first small transaction sounded like a regular transaction.
Hang up - probable spam.

Hanged up when I answered.
