This is how they make calls via your account. They drop a program on your phone when you reply. They can then make calls via your phone or sent smss.

When I answered the phone, a machine was on the other side of line, definitely not a human being, telling me to wait, "please wait", for a couple of times, then i decided to drop it.
I tried to call it back, no luck, it's always busy

Also rcvd a col frm this # and this guy knws ma name, my wyf told him to colme on my other line, whn l rturn the col the # is always busy.
