Told me i am elligible for 10% homeloan insurance discount, knew my real name and asked me if i was between ages of 18-75. Then told me to expect a call in the next 3 following days. An hour later i then recieved a text with i link attached for "freedom insurance". I have since blocked the number

Definitely spam. A message was left, but it sounded like the phone was just left off the hook. I could hear a couple people talking in the background that sounds like scammers. Sounds like they have a small group of people/call centre.
