taxation investigation spam call from adelaide

They claimed to be from ato and said this is the final warning regading a mistake i made from tax return, the police are after me and the matter has been taken to court and asked if i have a legal representative. I asked when and how did you notify me previously as i am totally unaware of this, they then hung out. It was a monotonic mans voice. Very scary scam. Do not pick up.

Hard to imagine a genuine caller from the ATO saying that :)

They said they were going to issue a law suit against me in their message, a recorded voice with an American accent. This message ended with “God Bless You” Not how the ATO behaves. Probably a scam.
