These people have rung my mum a number of times saying they are "Windows Support" and there is something wrong with her computer and they wanted to arrange for "remote access" to it using www.support.me (not their website)
I did a complete AV (PCTools) scan of their computer, and nothing was wrong.

Same as above - Only when I rung back he asked me if I had a computer at home. He said okay then bye when I said I didn't.  His name change from David Martin to Steve Jones when I rung him.

We have had about 3 weeks of it going around here, if you can get the incoming call number, and call your service provider (ask them to block the call before it comes into your line) that finally fixed it for us, we did the do not call thing, (I was really asking a little too much thinking that scammers would obey that!) LOL But while they were annoying me, I had fun winding them up, asking them which computer? Which room, oh the office computer.. ohh it doesnt go on the internet.... ohh the other one.. ohh ok.. well it cant be.. cause its a Mac! LOL And I have been telling everyone in the family (some who are less techno-savvy) not to do anything with a computer when someone on the phone rings you, unless you know them personally!) Its just a nightmare! The last time they called, I asked for their ABN, and looked it up while I was on the line to them, and when it came up with no registered business, I told hiim that, and then he went simply beserk yelling at me that the viruses are destroying my computer! You are waiting too long! Oh how I laughed.  Hopefully they will give up soon!

I got calls like Lillie and Sez back in November 2011. After persistent calling and what seemed like legitimate claims they were trying to assist me with fixing my computer problems I agreed to a one year 24/7 membership. I must admit, initially my computer problems were repaired and my system ran faster, but when the problems returned and I tried to contact them for assistance both Australian phone numbers were disconnected and they never replied to any emails I sent. I should have realised when the Indian-accented assistant claimed his name was Steve Jobs!! I said, "How can you be? He recently passed away and was American!" He said, "It's my fictitious work ID." I paid the $129, got the computer temporarily fixed but no ongoing service and no way of recontacting for enquiries. I was scammed...I hate to admit!

I just got a call from First PC Solution.  I stayed on the line too long and still do not understand theirreason for calling me.  I did not agree to purchase their program. After reading all of these reports I am glad I did not buy at this time. A person from India kept me on the phone for over a hour. At this time I feel that I provided him with too much information. I hope I do not have any problems with my computer after the phone call.  I will wait and decide if I should call them later.

Just had a call too from Andrew and asked for his phone number and company name so I could check it all out before I did anything.  He gave me the company name First PC Solutions and asked me to call back ASAP.  I think Andrew may be waiting along time
