Caller: Raymond They call themselves "Swith Direction" or "National Cartridges", and they sell printer ink. They can become quite pushy, and the pain of having to negotiate is not worth it. We bought from them once, and even after asking them not to call back, they insisted for months. It's just not worth it, the price from Office Works is comparable, if not better anyway.
