Caller (Linda) said she was from Revitalize. Knew my phone number and age. Said I had responded to a health survey. Asked me to confirm my address and arranged to send Neill around the next day. He did not turn up. There is a call busy signal when I try to phone them.

Trying send a rep out to me, reported to the Do Not Call Register

Never answer landlines but write number down and check if they are spam and 99% are. never leave a message.

Told me that my husband had participated in a health and wellness survey. RHUBARB!

I don't answer and they never leave a message.
