Caller: Puratap Continually ring and do not leave a message. I have already told them I will not be getting filters changed while Covid numbers are high but obviously dont pay any attention to that. Very annoying company

Caller: Puratap I got one of these conversion kits, and now I enjoy just hanging up on Puratap when they phone to hassle me. I can order filters and replace them myself now, without breaking Puratap's intellectual property. ?Puratap - why don't they leave a message! Complete waste of a phone call!! When trying to schedule this company to attend your premises they are not accommodating in their timing of appointments i.e "workman not in the area on that date.............."
