Caller: Phone says reported telemarketer

I Turned off my own number sending and tried to call the number back several times (because i was waiting on a call)
Every time i called there was a long delay before getting a busy type signal.
My mobile phone spam protection (Hiya) reported this to me as "reported as telemarketer" when they called.
