this numbers ring and desert calls else where if a florist number then it me is fraud and should report to police this has stopped.it has stop phones from ringing I have block calls but still keep ringing

Rang me and I answered but would not talk to me so rang back and said number didn't exist?

I always phone back any number I didn't recognize once they have stopped calling them depending on the response I block it. This number is engaged repeatedly so iv blocked it as it's clearly not a business iv visited that needs to contact me

Got a missed call from this number.
