block this caller! whoever they are they cannot be legit - they call multiple times but when you answer they hang up

3 calls yesterday - all "dead air" and then they disconnected.
4th call today announced they were a survey (seemed automated) regarding upcoming SA election.

piss off already blocked one number they are determined to get somebody

As per other comments. Called number, IVR, left message telling them how annoying it is to race to the phone (I have a sick, elderly parent who also receives these calls up to 4 times a day) to have nothing but the dial tone! I also renew my Do Not Call every year to no avail.
