Unexpected caller, does not leave message, maybe scam

Caller: Solar Panel Scammer We have a new government rebate applying to your area (Obviously not true as solar panel rebates are not per area but per state or federal) and we want to come and visit you, will cost you nothing to save with solar (well again obviously not true), very heavy Indian accent. I asked where she was calling from and she said Green Solar but refused to give me any other information. Very obviously a scam, and not a particularly good one.
