Don't know who they're pretending to be but it's a scam. Called me, ignored, left a message that was cut off at the start (presumably the bot heard my answer message and registered it as the phone being picked up, starting it's prerecorded message a few seconds before the message tone) - '-hundred and ninety two dollars, the same will also be debited from your account, if you wish to stop this then press 1, if you wish for a refund then press 2' etc. The text-to-speech had an Australian accent, but the English was clearly written by someone who is not a native English speaker. So many red flags, definitely a scam
