Caller: Automated response saying it was from EBay Automated response saying that I had made a purchase through eBay and they were refunding $399.99. That I could press 1,2 or 9 for next steps. Then hung up on me

They left voice to text msg about money being deducted from my account and if I wanted a refund to press one. Has to be a scam as they called my work number!
