Caller: Australian compensation lawyers

These people call you and try to find out if you have had a workcover claim. They tell you that they are calling about settling your claim for your workcover accident and then try to get your banking details from you so that they can deposit the compensation money that you are owed. Even though I've never had a workplace accident claim in my entire life, the stupid woman was adamant that I had compensation money being held by them for me. She couldn't tell me my details, like my name and date of birth and when and where i had my workplace accident and how much money I had coming to me, not until I had provided them with all my details. Pretty poor effort for a scam.

Just called me what an absolute scam - i called her back told her I'm going to the police what a bunch of idiots dont even know how to scam properly

Scam call saying I had road accident - NOT TRUE!!

Caller tried to tell me that I've had a workplace incident and was claiming compensation. I haven't and I don't. Looks like they were trying to draw me in to get further information about the compensation waiting for me. Probably was going to tell me I had to pay them money to release the funds. Scam.
