ring not answer ring back disconnected

Called but I missed it as phone on silent, looked up the number and blocked straight away.

someone rang from this number, there was a voicemail but no one spoke, I could hear voices in the background. I rang back and got a message saying due to service difficulties, the call could not be connected

Just received a call from this number informing me they were from the Commonwealth Bank. When I said I did not bank with the Commonwealth Bank they hung up.

Someone from that number called twice yesterday and didn't leave a message.

Man say Australia too many bad people's now

Caller: Telstra (apparently)

claiming to be from Telstra phoning about my internet. Don't have internet through Telstra.

Caller: Said he was Michael from Telstra. Asian accent. Hung up on him with great pleasure

Blocked the number.

Caller: Called me by name and ask me to confirm it was me. Asked who he was. Male Indian sounding person saying he was from ANZ. Given I Dont bank with them I said ‘ohhh riiiight’ and he hung up. Tried to call the number back and not connected. Total scammer.

Caller: Said he was eBay

Could hear voice in the background. Took a few seconds for him to start talking. Said something about eBay but hung up or line went dead before I could say anything. Definitely a scam call.

I did not pick up . Left no message . Up to no good I’d say. Blocked the number.

Two missed calls from this number, no text message left. Having read other reports below, think it's safe to assume these were potential scam calls. Advise blocking.

Said they were from eBay. As soon as I said ebay never phone me they hung up.

Caller: "common wealth Bank"

Pretended to be from commonwealth bank, and when I asked why they are calling me, he said "because I'm a mother f&*kker".
