Caller: Scammers

My credit card has been used to buy an iphone 11 on amazon.

Caller: Person with an Indian accent

He said that he is from NBN and called to fix a security issue. He asked to download Any Desk and share the number.

I knew that it was bullsh*t, because I'm an IT guy as well.

Called twice in about 2 minutes. No answer so blocked number. Blocked numbers now total 11.

Caller: Said was Telstra

The caller said they were from Telstra and got a report that my internet was dropping out frequently this morning.

Caller: An Indian lady

Said they were from the cyber security department of my bank. I asked what bank and said ANZ. We don’t bank with them then hung up on me…

Answered. silence then they hung up.

Didn't answer the call as it came up on my phone as 'potential fraud'. They attempted to call twice AT 12:05pm AEST. I have since blocked the number.

Amazon accounts scam a computer voice

Caller: Said was ANZ cyber security

Said was from ANZ cyber security and I had suspicious transactions on my account. I said I don't bank with them, then they said actually they were from Comm Bank. Hung up when I said I would phone the federal police. Do not answer this call

Called and phone showed as spam call, didn't answer and blocked number
