When you pick up it’s quiet for a few seconds until their automated message says “Hello customer, this your Visa OR Mastercard company, you have money owing” it is an Australian recording. FFS, Visa OR Mastercard? Pretty broad scam.

They did not leave a message and when I called back, the number was not anwered and went dead.

I dont have a visa card...so definitely a scam.

Recorded message about a $900 charge to paypal for gift card, received on my mobile. Press buttons 1 or 2 to converse with an operator. Bulldust call from scammer, no doubt trying to get my credit card details.

Indian person trying to convince me someone had committed fraud with my card. Very persistent even when I told him my bank looks after fraud card use.

Claimed to be from Telstra and that my IP address had been compromised and become public.

Visa or Mastercard automated scam caller. Advised me I have an unusual transaction on my Visa or Mastercard and to press 1 if authorised or press 2 if not authorised. Do not press anything. It’s a Scam. I’ve blocked the number but I’m sure it won’t be the last scam call I get. Thanks Optus!

Claims that there is an unauthorised credit card transaction. So bogus.

Sick of this number no message if you answer nothing ring back disconnected so obviously FRAUD

Said they were from NBN and that there was suspicious activity on my system and that my security had been compromised and they wanted to check it.
