Caller: Claiming to be EBAY Says that “someone is using your EBAY account to purchase a gift card” asks about my phone details. First thought, scam!!!

called back got a message that said "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent" - did not identify who was calling. Didnt stay on the line.
