Caller: Cornucopia Consultancy on behalf of Bush Heritage Australia Calling to request a regular monthly donation of $50.
When I said that wasn't possible, she kept lowering the amount until I said "no, it's the monthly donation I'm not in a position to help with but I can make a once-off donation".
She told me their systems had recently changed and rather than reading my credit-card number out, I'd need to enter my credit-card details into the keypad of my mobile.
She remained polite - but pushy - when I said I wasn't comfortable with that and would rather go to a website.
