Scam call saying something about ebay purchase

Caller: "Jenny"

Looks like this number has now changed up their scam. Received a call from a lady by the name of "Jenny" from this number. When I asked where she was calling from, she said Third Party Claim Management Company Adelaide. She was ringing regarding compensation for a vehicle accident. I thought she was calling from an insurance company, so I asked more questions, but found out she didn't have any details, dates, times, etc for when the vehicle accident allegedly happened. Sounds like they try to get you to make a compensation claim if you've had a vehicle accident within the last year. Be careful

3rd Party Claims Management- SCAM caller

They called asking if I had been in an accident. Told them they had the wrong number and they kept pressing me asking if someone in my family had a crash as we could be eligible for a 3rd party compensation claim.

No automated but lots of background noise before answering.
Phone flagged it as potential scam

Oh here we go again another lowlife scammer, no wonder people are ditching telephones, Alexander Bell will roll in his grave

Caller: Bloody Indian Woman

Calling about an apparent "accident", which of course I haven't had

Scammer saying they were from Ebay to notify me there had been a purchase. When I denied purchase she asked for account details to put a stop on the account.

Caller: Machine

Scam caller stating my account will be debited $200. Hung up straight away.

Electronic message saying they were going to take $200 out of my account. I hung up immediately.

I received a called today 29-06-20 at 12.41pm (10 seconds) , when I answered it was a robot voice saying you will be charged $200, I knew it was a phishing scam, so I hung up immediately and reported it to ACCC Scam Alert, I suggest others do the same, also block the number from your mobile.

Pretended to be from eBay saying that someone had opened another eBay account in my name and bought a gift card.

I had a similar call only it was about ebay. The caller had an Indian accent

Someone claiming that an unusual $200 transaction had been identified on my ebay account. A scam I assume.

This number called me saying they were going to charge my card $200 for an Etsy gift card.

I just received the same call. Hung up immediately. Don’t select any other options.
