This guy sounded indian or from that region, claimed to be from eBay and wanted me to download an app to allow him access to my phone to refund a purchase and as reward give me a gift card supposedly, it seemed like a hackers scam I kept saying that he kept saying it wasn't, then when I said I wasn't going to let him in he told be to get f'd and hung up.
