Caller: Mark An automated voice said that a perchase had been made for $299 and wanted me to conect them to my phone by pressing certain buttons. When I rang back he said his name was Mark and then he hung up

Sounds like a scam. Left a message asking to press numbers. Just report it don’t do anything.
