Recorded message: "Hi, this is your MasterCard and Visa processing centre. You have a payment of a debt of $1,200....." at which point I hung up.

Came up as call from Jaloran, WA. Female caller with accent said she was from the NBN. When I said I don’t have NBN, she hung up.

Same as Jim Forbes commented. I got a call from this landline no. on my mobile phone at 2:11pm (ADST). It stated it was from Jaloran WA. They never left a voice message.
