Scammer, when I rang back it was not in service

Comes up as Albany, WA. I don't know anyone with a landline in Albany so didn't answer.

This number keeps calling me, no answer when I pick up the phone. Try to call back and "unavailable" every time. I only answer because it comes from my local area, but will not bother answering next time as I suspect it is a scam

This number keeps calling me, no answer when I pick up the phone. I answered because it comes from my local area, I have blocked the number.

Came up as Albany region but I don't answer numbers I don't know. Don't know the number or anyone in the area. No message left.

Answered call instantly hung up. Called back not in service.
Only answered because was from a region my elderly father lives in.
