Got disconnected as soon as I picked it up. Most probably a scam call.

Caller: Recorded message This call showed as coming from Dinninup, WA. When I answered a recorded male voice told me that he was from Visa security and that my card had been debited of $1099 as payment for a gift card. If I wanted to cancel the payment I should press button 1 or press button 2 if I wanted the payment to go ahead. Needless to say I didn't press any buttons, just hung up. When I called the number back I got an engaged signal, indicating that the number was in continuous use (no doubt busy scamming other people).
