annoying solar seller

The man I spoke to asked me if I wanted solar panels. I told him I wasn't interested and we didn't want solar. He asked me for a reason. I told him I didn't need to provide him with a reason. He told me I did otherwise they would keep calling me. I said no. He then said ok we'll call you at midnight and hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number but they do not leave a message

Called and hung up.

Spam. The other party hung up as soon as I answered the phone. I phoned back and a person answered (call center noise on the background) looking for owner of a property with Solar panels. The person mentioned the correct address of a property I rented about 8 or 9 years ago. I suspect they are scanning through an old database phishing for people with solar panels (50-50 chances they find someone).

The number came up on my caller ID as Suspected Spam. The other party hung up as soon as I answered the phone. I phoned back and "Mike" answered. He was looking for the owner of my property because he was selling solar panels.
